Tomme de Savoie
Raw cow’s milk cheese from France. I thought I’d like it because it’s semi-soft, but it’s not really to my taste. In fact, I dislike it.
-
Pierre Robert Triple Creme French Cheese
Sharp, rich, soft, delicious. I had it too cold, but it was still good. I’m sure it’s that much better at a proper temperature.
-
Vintage Grand Ewe Cheese
Mature, sharp, hard cheese (not too hard). I liked it even though I normally prefer softer, creamier, younger cheeses. Here’s a link to a full description – http://culturecheesemag.com/cheese-library/vintage-grand-ewe

Lioni Smoked Scamorza
Like a smoked mozzarella. I didn’t dislike it but it didn’t do anything for me.
-
Roquefort Petite Cave Gabriel Coulet France
Probably is a great cheese, but I’m reminded that blue cheeses are not my favorite.
-
Goat Milk Tallegio Ambrost Italy
A great variation of a favorite.
-
Brie Fromagee D’Affinois Guilloteau
Really good even though I didn’t let it come to full room temperature.
-
Organic Mt Tam Cowgirl Creamery
Very nice creamy soft cheese. I didn’t have the patience to wait until it was warmed up enough so I’m sure I didn’t get the whole flavor, but it was still good.

Farmhouse Gouda
Great Gouda made with unpasteurized milk. Delicious and the grandchildren went nuts. We served it at our Hanukkah party this year and it went quickly!

Muenster Gerome Cheese Haxaire
Stinky, but delicious. It really grew on me. Got it at Whole Foods.
