Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog Goat’s Milk Cheese
Really good creamy goat’s milk cheese. Contains vegetable ash on the rind and in a layer in the middle. One of my favorites.

Ibores Raw Goats Milk Spanish Cheese
Quite sharp, but very good once I adjusted. Not as creamy and soft as some, like Bucheron. I still like the Spanish sheep’s milk cheese better. Bought at Whole Foods.

Soft, creamy sheep’s milk cheese with an edible rind of juniper and rosemary. Sounds great, but it wasn’t to my taste.

Nice soft cows milk cheese, kind of like Brie in consistency. A little flat and uninteresting, though.

Raw cow’s milk cheese from France. I thought I’d like it because it’s semi-soft, but it’s not really to my taste. In fact, I dislike it.
