Roasted Potatoes
Easy with lots of variation
Prep Time 10 minutes minutes Cook Time 30 minutes minutes
1 Sheet pan
1 Cutting board
1 Knife
1 Large mixing bowl
- 6 Yukon Gold potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
Cut the potatoes into chunks 1/2 - 1 inch
Put the cut up potatoes in the mixing bowl and add the olive oil
Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper
Spread the potato/oil mixture out on the sheet pan in a single layer
Put the potatoes in the upper middle of the oven and roast for fifteen minutes
Turn the potatoes and cook for another fifteen minutes
Test for doneness and serve
