Roasted Potatoes

Easy with lots of variation

Equipment

  • 1 Sheet pan
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Large mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 6 Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
  • Cut the potatoes into chunks 1/2 - 1 inch
  • Put the cut up potatoes in the mixing bowl and add the olive oil
  • Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper
  • Spread the potato/oil mixture out on the sheet pan in a single layer
  • Put the potatoes in the upper middle of the oven and roast for fifteen minutes
  • Turn the potatoes and cook for another fifteen minutes
  • Test for doneness and serve
