I didn’t really use this for quite a while after getting it. I originally bought it as a package with another knife. Recently I sharpened it, started using it more, and have found it to be really handy.
It’s great for carving a roast chicken for example. It’s more maneuverable than a chef’s knife and longer than a paring knife. I’m sure I’ll find other uses for it as time goes on.
