It’s indestructible like cast iron, but much more responsive to temperature changes, which I value for things like eggs. Now that I’ve used it a bit, scrambled eggs just leave a few bits behind, which I can practically rinse away. I like it, but had to get used to it since it responds so differently from cast iron.
